I have been immersing myself into learning all I can about the wonderful therapeutic benefits of doTERRA Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade essential oils. In my essential oil education, I have learned the AromaTouch Technique, which is a clinical approach to applying 8 different essential oils to visceral and meridian points along the spine and feet. AromaTouch stimulates both the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system to create an increase of relaxation, homeostasis, anti-inflammation, and immune system function in the body.
