I use doTERRA oils in my daily health care regiment because they are a safe, fun, and healthy way to keep my body, mind, and spirit enhanced and balanced.  I treat them as my medicine kit to go to if an issue strikes. Raking the coals - almost time to walk!

You could have a Distance Reiki session for a physical illness like a headache/migraine, the flu, insomnia, or arthritis, or to work through an emotional issue like grief, increased self love, depression, or anger. I initiate the session from my healing office space using sound, crystals, and visualization. I guarantee my full concentration during our scheduled time.
