Hands-on Training With doTERRA CPTG* Essential Oils

Using eight specific Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade (CPTG) essential oils by doTERRA, the AromaTouch Technique is a clinical approach to applying essential oils along energy meridians and visceral contact points of the back and feet to help balance sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems of the body. This simple and intuitive modality boosts the immune system, reduces inflammation in the body, promotes homeostasis and is very grounding and relaxing for recipients, acting on both the physical and emotional levels. Participants leave smelling amazing!
This class is a great way to experience the healing benefits of essential oils. This is a technique that anyone can learn to give to a spouse, friend, or family member to promote a balanced, healthy body. It is also a great modality to incorporate into a healing practice for massage therapists or energy medicine practitioners. 3 CE hours available for LMT’s.

In the class you will observe the technique, give the session with direction from Meghan or Jan, and receive a session. You will receive a handout to take home that contain the directions for future use.

The Zenspot is a hot yoga and holistic fitness studio run by Kelli Harrington and Michael Bittner who also practice Reiki and Feng Shui respectively in Eugene, OR. They will be interviewing Meghan about how she integrates Reiki and doTERRA Essential Oils into her healing practice.

This class is open to those who have been attuned to Reiki Level I. Spend two days learning about using Reiki to send healing without limits of time or space as well as a focus on mental and emotional healing with two more attunements for two new symbols. There will be discussion on the chakra energy system and emotional issues related to the body’s internal organs. The class includes lots of hands-on experience with plenty of time for questions and sharing with a break for lunch each day.

Raking the coals - almost time to walk!
I will be giving Reiki treatments at the Asian Celebration at the Lane County Fairgrounds in Eugene, OR February 20th and 21st. I will be at the Reiki booth (Rei = universal, ki = life force energy) from between 1pm-5pm each day. It is free, so come on down and experience some balancing and relaxation with some Reiki!
Are you ready to take healing into your own hands and empower yourself to be your own health advocate for yourself and for others? Reiki is an easy to learn and use energetic healing technique passed on through a lineage of Reiki Masters that is channeled through the healer, so not to deplete one’s own energy. At the commencement of the weekend, you will leave with the ability to channel Reiki energy, have your own detailed information packet for reference, experienced giving and receiving a full Reiki treatment, and gained the commitment by me to be a support source in your Reiki journey.
I have been a Reiki practitioner for over ten years and Reiki Master for over two. I am excited to step into a leadership role with Reiki, to share its gentle, yet powerful energy with willing people ready to welcome more healing and balance into their lives.

I love taking my work to other locales and meeting new people. This will be my first year at this conference, so I’m anxious to check out the vibe. I have been doing yoga since I moved to Eugene nine years ago, so I imagine I will gain more inspiration to keep up my practice and rub shoulders with the famous yoga gods and goddesses in the scene from around the world.
